SAP today launched a pioneering solution specifically designed to help Saudi Arabia cope with the increasingly complex HR challenges posed by rapid, era-defining growth.
Fully localised and compatible with the country’s labour laws and common practices, SAP HR Core Functions for Saudi Arabia rapid-deployment solution is set to be a game-changer in the Kingdom.
The launch is a bold reaffirmation of SAP’s intent to adapt to local market conditions in order to help decision-makers deliver immediate operational enhancements.

This results in unprecedented speed and accuracy in dealing with issues like overtime calculation, end of service benefits, annual leave entitlement and annual leave tickets. The solution also encompasses employee and employer General Organization of Social Insurance (GOSI) Contribution for Saudi, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) nationals and expatriates. Other key features include alignment with Saudi public holidays and common practices for payroll and accruals processing.
