    • SAP Business All-in-One: order-to-cash management. SAP Business All-in-One solutions provide midsize companies with the in-depth functionality they need to run their entire business. This demonstration shows how SAP Business All-in-One allows you to check inventory and create a sales order, manage order delivery, handle customer billing and payments, and leverage industry-specific best practices. Enabling you to streamline core business processes and take advantage of industry-specific best practices to stay ahead of the competition. Mae Wong is a sales manager for Pacific Marketing Supplies, a provider of promotional merchandise. She has received an urgent order for 500 promotional bags from Bank of Monesteo, a key customer. Mae uses SAP Business All-in-One to quickly create a sales order. She can check inventory availability in real time. She can also provide order confirmation, with an estimated delivery date. Once the order is confirmed, the software will automatically "hold" the items from inventory. It will also pass the complete order details to fulfillment for immediate shipping. To track the order status, Mae can use the unique Power List feature in SAP Business All-in-One to get the latest details on orders due for delivery, blocked orders, and more. She can also create her own Power Lists and easily customize them to meet her needs. Joseph Wagner is a warehouse manager. He receives an e-mail alert from Mae about the urgent order for 500 promotional bags. He uses SAP Business All-in-One to check his own Power List for sales orders that are due for delivery. He can easily create a delivery. The software confirms that the delivery has been created and that the items are in stock. Joseph prints the transfer order that was created automatically. He also performs the actual picking of the merchandise. He then performs a goods issue and prints the packing and delivery documents that will be sent with the shipment. As soon as the order is shipped, the software immediately updates the relevant inventory and accounting records. Joseph confirms that the accounts have been updated. At the end of the day, Mae uses SAP Business All-in-One to check all items due for billing. She also generates invoices for orders shipped, including the shipment to Bank of Monesteo. She reviews and approves the invoice so that the accounting department can send it to the customer the next business day. When payment is received, it's applied to the outstanding invoice in SAP Business All-in-One. The software instantly clears the relevant open accounts and aging records. Pacific Marketing Supplies also benefits from industry-specific best practices built into SAP Business All-in-One. For example, the software includes "consignment-sale" functionality. It allows Pacific Marketing Supplies to sell branded sportswear at retail stores on behalf of its sports-franchise customers. The functionality provides a new way for the company to serve its customers by managing the entire sales process on their behalf. In fact, SAP Business All-in-One comes with proven best practices for more than 25 industry sectors. Best practices include time and project billing for the professional services industry. They also include quality management and compliance for the chemicals industry. SAP Business All-in-One allows you to optimize core business processes, save time and money, and take advantage of industry-specific best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
